Women’s Social Game [Wed 23 April 6:30pm]

Join our WOMEN’s Social Soccer Game, this and EVERY Wednesday!

Our games are fun and non-competitive. We welcome players of all skill levels, so join us to play, upskill and make great social connections along the way!

KICKOFF is at 6:30pm

We ask attendees to arrive 5 minutes prior to prep and start on time for everyone’s convenience.

The session lasts for 1.5 hours, and the breakdown is as follows:

6.30 – 6:45 Warm-up

6:50 – 8 Soccer game. We set up the goals, draw teams and run three halves of around 20 mins each.

Notes for the game:

• • Bring shoes: cleats, turf or indoor shoes are preferred. You can wear standard running shoes if you like.

  • We welcome everyone’s fitness levels; therefore, you don’t need to play all the time. You can take a 5-10 minutes break if you’d like.

  • Mind the weather. Sometimes it’s sunny, sometimes it’s rainy or windy, or at times, all of it at once – keep your sunscreen handy.Bring a bottle of water to rehydrate. Access to nearest tap water from the Oval is inconvenient.

  • We are not a Soccer Club, we are a Non-Profit Organisation that focuses on creating spaces for everyone. Our games are low-commitment; come whenever you can when you feel like.

    All money is channelled back into enhancing the games and tournaments we run. Game fees go towards venue hire, public liability insurance, equipment costs, administration subscriptions and expenses and improving our games. $10 is the contribution amount for each player per game.
    If you have trouble paying via PayPal, send a message to any of the hosts, and we will sort it out for you.

    GENERAL NOTES:

    1. By signing up and attending, you agree that you play at your own risk, understanding that we cannot provide player insurance or licensed medical assistance.
    2. Please mind your possessions and place them in a safe place while the game is running. Your possessions are your own responsibility.
